Bellaire Children’s Ministry

Bellaire Children’s Ministry provides a Christ-centered experience for children from birth through 5th grade. Through age-appropriate curriculum, children learn Bible stories and life application. A dedicated team of volunteers models Christian behavior and shows Christ’s love to all our children.

Bellaire UMC offers several summer camp options for children of all ages each summer.  Registration for Summer 2020 will begin in February.

Contact Mingo Williamson at with questions.

When we worship God at Bellaire UMC, we worship as a family. Your whole family is invited, and don’t worry if you have children with you who make a little extra noise. Children are invited to the front of the sanctuary for a children’s moment during our 9:00am Contemporary Service and our 11:11am International Service. Activity packs for children are provided at the back of the sanctuary or if you would prefer, loving childcare is provided in the Children’s Wing from 8:50am-12:15pm.

Each Sunday, children of all ages gather in age-level classrooms to explore Bible stories with age-appropriate instruction. They close the morning with a large group gathering in our children’s chapel.

Children’s choir meets every Wednesday from 6:00-7:00pm in Room 208.
