Dig Deeper. Stay Connected.

We believe that God builds faith-forming friendships when people connect in small group community.  Get connected to a Zoom Group today to dig deeper and stay connected.

There are several Sunday morning small groups meeting via Zoom to study scripture and share fellowship. They’re all open to anyone, and these groups will give you a way to connect with others and with God each week.  See group details below, and email Pastor Seann to get log-in information.

Good News Zoom

The Good News Class says, “Hello and Welcome!”  We are a class of individuals and couples, mostly in our 50’s and 60’s who are active in our church.   Every Sunday, we take a few minutes to catch up with one another. In these strange times, it surely helps to have family in Christ to share our thoughts and ideas.  We then lift up in prayer the joys and concerns about ourselves, family members, and closest friends.   Finally, we discuss Sunday’s sermon as it relates to us.  We meet at 10 AM. We hope you will join us. Email Pastor Seann to get log-in information.

Heritage Zoom

ZOOM into the Heritage Sunday School class from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM. Our class usually runs from 9:30 to 10:30, including announcements, news concerning our group, a devotional, and a Bible lesson. We enjoy the additional ZOOM time for virtual fellowship. The Heritage Class is all ages and stages–plenty of youthful energy and mature wisdom is available. Email Pastor Seann to get log-in information.

International Class Zoom

The members of the Bellaire UMC International Worship service invite you to join Sunday mornings at 10:00am for fellowship, scripture study, and discussion. All are welcome to engage with this great small group! Email Pastor Lataya to get log-in information.

New Horizons Zoom

New Horizons’ Sunday Zoom meeting begins at 10 AM and lasts for one hour. Our meeting mirrors what we would do if we were gathering together in person: fellowship time, sharing joys and concerns, and study time. We are currently engaged in a study of a book entitled “Fear of the Other”, by William Willimon, a professor of Christian ministry at Duke University Divinity School. It addresses issues surrounding our relationship with those who are different from us and how God calls us to recognize them as the brothers and sisters that they are. We invite you to connect with New Horizons this Sunday. We’re holding a “virtual seat” for you at our table!  Email Pastor Seann to get log-in information.

theWell Online!

theWell is meeting at 10:00 AM on Sunday for about an hour. We check in with each other and share the week’s highlights and challenges. Our challenge each week is taking the Scripture the Pastors use in their sermon and dig a little deeper. We wrap up each Sunday by praying for each other and the week ahead.  And most importantly, we are saving a seat for you!  Please join us in theWell Online! Email Pastor Seann to get log-in information.
