How do I schedule a meeting room or an event at the church?
Contact our Administrative Assistant Michael Hutchinson at 713-666-2167, ext. 129. He should be contacted in advance so that custodial support, air and other needs may be scheduled. Also, indicate if child care will be needed. A meeting cannot be placed on the church calendar without first contacting the church.
What do I need to do if I want to be married at Bellaire UMC?
Call the church and leave a message for the wedding coordinator. She will handle all of the arrangements and give you information concerning church policies.
Where is the church library, and when is it available?
Our library is located on the west side of the building, near our staff offices. It is open Sunday morning and is available to you during church office hours. Come to the church office reception desk and someone will let you in the library.
I lost my church name tag. How can I receive a replacement?
Contact Shirley Lloyd and she will provide you with a new name tag.
What if I have a complaint, want to offer a suggestion, or learn more about what goes on at my church?
You might consider two possibilities:
- Talk with the staff. Try and visit with the specific staff person who works within the problem area.
- Speak to your lay leaders.
